All "stellar" orders are processed on an 'as needed' basis, from freshly harvested rootbark to ensure Quality.

After your order is processed and packaged, a tracking email will be sent to your email you used to place the order.

Shipping time/cost clarity (USA)

$11.75 is for the Actual Shipping cost of our Priority Flat rate mailing envelopes.

3-4 days is the Transit time: how long the flat rate packages normally take to go from Our Remote Hawaii location to your location by way of the USPS. (other options would have us charge less for shipping but take 7-9 days for actual transit time)

This is Different than our Processing time, i.e. processing fresh root bark from the earth to dehydrated, milled & packaged powder ready for use that arrives at your door.

Yes, there are variations in Nature beyond our control, and Yes the weather effects our processing time- when it's dumping rain for days, it's like drying Root Bark inside a pool, so it may take a few extra days to perfect the drying process to our Quality Standards.
